The challenge
Three campuses, three schedules, one expectation: a consistent, measurable skill program that leadership could compare across sites without flattening what made each campus distinct.
What we built
- Skill Labs at three campuses on a shared equipment standard
- A common curriculum spine with campus-level electives
- Cross-campus Alforaa Intelligence reporting for the group office
- Inter-campus competitions and challenge days
The Jayshree Periwal group runs distinct campuses with distinct cultures. The program keeps a common spine — same method, same safety standards, same reporting — while each campus chooses elective depth.
Group leadership sees one Intelligence view across all three sites: coverage, progress, and participation, comparable campus to campus for the first time.
Inter-campus challenge days became the flagship: students present builds to judges from sister campuses, turning the labs into a shared identity rather than three separate rooms.
