The challenge
The school wanted experiential STEM learning that went beyond an annual science fair — something woven into the timetable, visible to parents, and rigorous enough for leadership to stand behind.
What we built
- A permanent in-school Skill Lab with fabrication and electronics benches
- Take-Away Kits mapped to the classroom curriculum for every grade band
- A dedicated Alforaa-trained facilitator embedded in the school
- Alforaa Intelligence dashboards for coordinators and parents
Aurobindo International wanted more than equipment — they wanted a program that would still be alive in year three. Alforaa installed a permanent Skill Lab and, critically, a dedicated trainer who is part of the school's daily rhythm.
Sessions follow the Alforaa method: every class starts with a question, moves to the bench, and ends with something students can test. Take-Away Kits extend each concept home, which is where parents first saw the difference.
Alforaa Intelligence gives coordinators a live view of coverage and progress across grades, replacing end-of-term guesswork with weekly evidence.
